William A. Gustine

Memorial services for William A. Gustine, 79, of Rochester, MN will be at 11:00am on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes.Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.Private family inurnment will be at Oakwood Cemetery. William Arthur Gustine was born on December 29, 1936 in Rochester to George and Beatrice (Keehn) Gustine.He died on April 17, 2016 at the Prelude Home and Services Memory Care in Woodbury, MN. William graduated from Rochester High School in 1953 and from Rochester Junior College in 1957.He started working for IBM in 1957 and retired from there after 45 years of working in various positions.His favorite time was spent in the outdoors hunting, fishing and gardening. William was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Richard and Tom.He is survived by his wife, Frances of Rochester; three children, Gregg (Teresa) of Pine Island, MN, Lori (Tim) Lutzke and Daniel (Cindy), both of Rochester; seven grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; and one sister Katherine M. Streiff of Omaha, NE. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Alzheimers Association.
