Thomas Joseph Felmlee

ROCHESTER, MN: Thomas Joseph Felmlee, 52, passed away October 13, 2013. Tom was born February 5, 1961 in Red Wing, MN to Donald and Mary (Pfarr) Felmlee. He was a graduate of Red Wing Central High School and St. Cloud State University. On September 28, 1991 Tom married Terri Allen at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Pine Island. Tom worked as a Health Care Analyst at Mayo Clinic. He was a member of the Red Wing Knights of Columbus and was an early board member of Shjon Podein Children's Foundation. Tom spent a lot of his time coaching for Matt's wrestling, baseball and soccer teams as part of the Rochester Youth Association, as well as cheering on Sarah in her gymnastics. He enjoyed watching and playing sports. Tom took great pride in helping others which is why he was an organ donor. Above all, he loved spending time making memories with his family. Tom is survived by his wife, Terri; daughter, Sarah (Travers); son, Matthew; grandson, Messaiah; parents, Donald and Mary Felmlee; brothers, Michael (Jane) Felmlee, Joel Felmlee; sisters, Michelle (Art) Weisen and Donna (Dan) Devine. Tom is also survived by his mother-in-law, Carol (Wes) Moreland; sister-in-law, Patty (Scott) Maxson; brothers-in-law, David Allen, Larry Allen, Scott (Rhonda) Allen; nieces, Megan and Abby Devine, Lauren Felmlee, Trista (Aeisso) Schrage, Ashley (Zeb) Schutz, Shawna (Jon) Stussy, Jodie Greenwood; nephews, Joseph, John, Steve, Ben, Jeff and Charlie Felmlee, Ian Hotchkiss, Darren Maxson, Scott Greenwood, Michael Allen and a host of other family and friends. Tom was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Richard Allen. A memorial service will be held 1:00 P.M. Thursday, October 17, 2013 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes 5421 Royal Place NW, Rochester, MN 55901. Visitation will be held 5:00-7:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at the funeral home.
