Susan Leslie Norgaard

Susan Leslie Norgaard, age 57 of Rochester passed away December 24, 2013 in her home.Born February 19, 1956 in Rochester the daughter of Russ & Jean (McCauslin) Hanson.She was a graduate of John Marshall High School and attended the University of MN.Susan worked for Mayo Clinic as a Clinical Assistant and enjoyed working with the patients and other staff.She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and golf. Christmas was a very special time for her with family.She was a very loving wife, mother, and fulltime grandmother.She was a member of Pax Christi Catholic Church.She married David Norgaard on July 7, 1979 in Rochester and he survives, as does her son Gabe Norgaard (Tara) of Edina, her daughter Emily Norgaard of Eagan, a grandson Conor, her parents Russ & Jean Hanson of Rochester, and one sister Betsy Mehl (Roger) of Rochester.A funeral Mass will be held 11 AM Monday, December 30, 2013 at Pax Christi Catholic Church. Visitation is being held 4-7 PM Sunday at Ranfranz & Vine Funeral Home and also one hour prior to services at the church.Memorials in her name appreciated to the American Cancer Society.
