StephenKnox - Kasson Stephen Francis Knox was born on May 7, 1949 in LaCrosse, WI to Richard and Catherine (Linzenmeyer) Knox.He died on January 29, 2013 at Prairie Meadows Assisted Living in Kasson, MN at the age of 63. Stephen graduated from High School in Mabel, MN and the University of Chicago in Chicago, Ill.He worked at Associated Bank in Rochester, retiring as Vice President of Commercial Loans after 37 years of service.On April 7, 1973, he married Alice Schultz in Henrytown, MN.Steve enjoyed boating, dancing, garage sales, auto body work and spending time with his family and friends. Survivors include his wife, Alice Knox of Kasson, MN; 1 daughter, Tara (Mike) Bradford of Kasson, MN; 2 sons, Matthew Knox of Greenough, MT and Lucas Knox of Zumbrota, MN; 3 grandchildren, Morgan, Owen and Emma; 2 brothers, Jerry (Janet) Knox of Edina, MN and Jim (Phyllis) Knox of Perry, IA and 3 sisters, Marie (Doug) Botcher of Rushford, MN, Kathy (Bob) Calvey of Minnesota City, MN and Sue (Tom) Kintzinger of Hayward, WI.He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00pm on Friday, February 1, 2013 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes in Rochester, MN.The family will have a private service and the burial of his cremated remains will be at Maple Grove Cemetery in Kasson, MN.
