Shirley Marie Frericks

Shirley Marie Frericks, 84, of Rochester, died on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at her residence. Shirley was born on November 2, 1935 in Morton, Minnesota to Edward and Evelyn Haas. On August 4, 1954 she married Donald John Frericks in Wabasso, MN. She was employed by Mayo Clinic where she worked in Central Services. She enjoyed her time in her flower gardens and spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and Pax Christi Catholic Church. Shirley is survived by her children, Ron (Paula Siems) Frericks of Pine Island, Tom Frericks of Byron, Sue Kyllo of Farmington, and Cindy Frericks of Rochester; 13 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter. She is preceded in death by her husband, Don J. Frericks; parents; brothers and sisters and 2 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 27, 2020 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes, 5421 Royal Place NW Rochester, MN 55901. Visitation will be on Sunday, July 26, 2020 from 2:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
