Sally Wagenaar

February 18, 1970 — August 23, 2020

Sally Eason Wagenaar was born February 18, 1970 in Queenborough Kent, England. She grew up in England until the age of seven, when the family moved to Canada. Sally attended Westwood Collegiate High School and won many awards for her athletic abilities. After high school, she attended the University of Manitoba until meeting and marrying Jeff Wagenaar. She moved to Minnesota where she and Jeff had two daughters, Quinn (20) and Blaine (18) Wagenaar. Jeff and Sally were later divorced. Sally held a bachelor's degree in Finance and has worked the last 14 years at Edina Realty where she was an amazing assistant and Realtor. Prior to real estate, Sally ran an in-home daycare to be able to stay home with her girls. She was an amazing woman and took incredible care of everyone she met. On January 1, 2020 Sally was diagnosed with terminal cancer. She was put on hospice care on Friday, August 21st. She entered heaven peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Sunday, August 23, 2020. She is survived by her mother, Margaret Luer of Winnipeg, Canada, her father, Victor Eason (Sherry) of Victoria, B.C, her sister, Jane (Kelly) Hamm of Winnipeg Canada, their children Kaitlyn and Jordan of Winnipeg Canada, her brother, Timothy (Sheila) Eason of Doha, Qatar and their four children, Katy, Mady, Bronwyn, and Cooper. She is also survived by her pride and joy, Quinn and Blaine Wagenaar of Rochester, whom she did an incredible job of raising. Sally built her life around being the best mum anyone could be. Everything she did was centered around her girls. She had a servant's heart, and she will never be replaced.
