Rosalie Ann Fountain

Memorial services for Rosalie Ann Fountain, 76, of Rochester will be at 11:00am on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church.Visitation will be from 6:00 8:00 pm on Friday, May 20, 2016 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes and also one hour prior to the service at the church. Rosalie Ann Kallevang was born on January 22, 1940 in Decorah, Iowa to James and Ruth (Mundt) Kallevang.She passed away on May 18, 2016 at the Chosen Valley Care Center in Chatfield. Rosalie graduated from Cresco High School and Business School in Mankato.She worked as a secretary for the Rochester Public Schools, Gloria Dei Lutheran Church and Mayo Clinic.She retired in April of 2002. Rosalie was a member of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church.She enjoyed singing in the church choir, playing piano, watching old musicals and going to the Symphony.Her greatest joy was her family, particulary anything involving her grandchildren. Survivors include her husband, Robert of Rochester; three children, Bethany (Bryan) Lindberg of Anoka, MN, Brian (Lynn) Fountain of Savage, MN and Amy (Terry) Orcutt of Scottsdale, AZ; eight grandchildren; one brother, Jens (Jane) Kallevang of Wauhkon, IA and one sister, Carol (Delbert) Doane of Little Cedar, IA.She was preceded in death by her parents. Memorials can be directed to Gloria Dei Lutheran Church or for Ovarian Cancer Research at the Mayo Clinic.
