Ronald Lee Beckman

Chatfield- Ronald Lee Beckman, 77, passed away Saturday, March 17, 2012 at St. Marys Hospital. He was born March 25, 1934 in Butterfield, MN to Albert and Celia (Rammer) Beckman. He was a veteran and proudly served his country with the US Navy. Ron worked for Schott's Distributing, finally retiring after 35 years of service. Ron is survived by his sons, Paul (Danh) Beckman of Rochester, Scott Beckman of Chatfield; daughter-in-law, Lori Beckman of Rochester; 10 grandchildren, Trevor, Shane, Elijah, and Chaz Beckman, Ashley Lee, Tia, Abby and Mitchell Beckman, Jon and Justin Beckman and one sister, Margie Gammelgaard. Ron was preceded in death by his son, Bradley; sister, JoAnn Gruhlke; brother, Robert and by his parents. A Memorial service will be held 2:00pm Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Home 5421 Royal Place NW, Rochester. Visitation will be held from 12:00pm until time of service.
