Ronald Breen

Ronald David Breen (75) of Rochester, Minnesota passed away at the Veterans Association Hospital in Minneapolis on July 24, 2024.

Ron was born to Clement Breen and Bernice Synstad on June 15, 1949 in Wabasha, MN. He grew up in Alma, WI and graduated from Alma High School. He went on to Vocational Technical school in Red Wing, later entering the U.S. Army in 1969, serving until 1971. Ron went on to work at IBM, at Walmart, and driving across country truck.

On June 9, 1979, Ron married Carol Reeves in Rochester. He enjoyed camping, traveling, and scuba diving.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents; one brother; and one sister.

Ron is lovingly survived by his wife, Carol Breen; and daughters Heather Breen and Michelle (Andrew) Toch.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at Crosswinds Church (8106 31st Ave) in Oronoco, MN. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, July 29, 2024 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes (5421 Royal Pl NW) in Rochester, as well as one hour before the funeral service on Tuesday at the church. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Rochester, with full military honors.
