Funeral services for Renata E. Schultz, 85, of Rochester, MN will be at 11:00am on Monday, February 10, 2014 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church with the Rev. Steve Schauder officiating.Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery.Visitation will be from 3:00-6:00 pm on Sunday February 9, 2014 at Holy Cross LutheranChurch and also one hour prior to the service Monday. Renata Edna Laubenstein was born on April 1, 1928 in Saukville, WI to Fred and Clara (Wilkens) Laubenstein.She died on February 7, 2014 at Golden Living East. Renata attended school in Fredonia, WI and married Harold Schultz at St. John's Lutheran Church on October 29, 1949.They lived in Fredonia and moved to Rochester in 1972.Renata worked as a housekeeper for Motel 6 and retired in 1991.She enjoyed jigsaw and crossword puzzles and was an avid Green Bay Packers fan.She enjoyed gardening, cooking and playing cards and games with her grandchildren.She was a member of the Saukville Legion Post 470 Auxillary since 1952. Survivors include her four children, Wayne (Valorie) and Lyle (Victoria), both of Sheboygan, WI, Kenneth (Lousette) and Arlynn (Joseph) Heins, both of Rochester, MN; ten grandchildren,Jennifer, Nathan, Gary, Stacey, Kelly, Andrew, Marc, Amanda, Matthew, and Eric; twelve great grandchildren, Ella, Allison, Laura, Lydia, Benjamin, Zachary, Owen, Alejandro, Maren, Henry, Aubrey and Norah; many nieces and nephews and brother and sister-in-laws, Lester (Carol) Schultz of Cedar Grove, WI, Earl (Helen) Schultz of Grass Valley, CA, Donald Schultz of West Bend, WI, Roger Geib of Saukville, WI and Charlette Esselmann of Port Washington, WIShe was preceded in death by her parents, spouse, one grandson, Kevin Schultz and two brothers, Gerhard and Armin; three sisters, Esther, Ella and Nelda; and brother and sister-in-laws, Mildred and Ralph Wegner, Karen Schultz, Donald Esselmann, Audrey Geib, Ruth Laubenstein and Earl Trost.
