Renae Johnson

Renae Johnson, 54, of Rochester, died Thursday, November 17, 2011 at her residence. Renae Johnson was born October 19, 1957 in Ogden, UT. to Marvin and Marilyn (Nelson) Johnson. She is survived by three sons, Jeff Johnson, Corey (Teresa) Johnson,and Brandon (Amanda) Johnson ; three grandchildren, Joseph, Ben and Luke Johnson; her parents, Marvin and Marilyn Johnson; eight siblings, Linda (Bob) Larson, Becky (Joe) Luna, Ronnie Johnson, Steve (Kathy) Johnson,Amy (Phillip) Roderick, Laura (Mike) Alger, Nicole Johnson,and Sarah (Seth) Prokasky. Renae worked as a nurse for years including 20 years at the Mayo Clinic.This work was an extension of her passion to care for and comfort people.Renae loved her family more than anything, and enjoyed finding opportunities to have everybody together in her home.She loved to travel, scrapbook, listen to music, and to attend concerts. A visitation will be held from 6-7:30 p.m. On Sunday, November 20th, 2011 at theChurch of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1002 - 16th St. SE, Rochester, MN.A funeral service will be held at 11 am Monday, November 21, 2011 at the same location.
