Philip O. Hart

ROCHESTER, MINN:Philip O. Hart, 96, died Sunday, November 30, 2014 at Golden Living Center East. Philip Owen Hart was born September 14, 1918 to Owen L. and Monda A. (Odeen) Hart in Pine Island, MN. Philip graduated from Pine Island, MN High School. He married Margery Ann Sampson on March 6, 1946 in Duluth, MN. Philip farmed his entire life on the family farm until 2000, which is now known as Hart Farms Housing Development in Southwest Rochester, MN. Philip is survived by his children, Kathleen Gossman, Rochester, MN, Robert (Suzanne) Hart, South Range, WI, and Paul Hart, Zumbro Falls, MN, six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and a brother Delman (Laura) Hart, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, son David, and one brother Mylan. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes' Chapel. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
