Phalen T. Stoops, a three month old infant, died February 11, 2014 at St. Marys Hospital. Phalen Thomasina Stoops was born October 28, 2013 to Thomas and Sarah (Aleckson) Stoops in Rochester, MN. Phalen is survived by her parents Thomas and Sarah Stoops, Rochester, MN; her brothers and sisters, Noah Aleckson, Emma Grace Stoops, Avery Stoops, and Alejandra Stoops, all at home in Rochester, MN; a maternal grandmother Paulette Aleckson, Monticello, MN; Paternal Great Grandmother Jeannie Kedrowski, Stillwater, MN, Paternal Great Grandfather Gary Nelson, Mariposa, CA, Paternal grandparents Gary and Sue Stoops, Detroit Lakes, MN, and Paternal Grandmother Barbara Nelson, Albert Lea, MN. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 17, 2014 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes' Chapel. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Rochester, MN.
