Pauline Gladys Lloyd

A memorial service for Pauline G. Lloyd, 83 of Byron, MN will be Saturday, April 2, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Byron United Methodist Church with the Rev. Sharon Nelson officiating. Burial of her cremated remains will be at the Eyota Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.Pauline Gladys Poffenberger was born on May 17, 1927 in Kasson, MN to Paul and Edna (Anderson) Poffenberger. She died on March 22, 2011 at her home in Byron.Pauline grew up in Rock Dell, MN and graduated from Kasson High School in 1945. She married Donald John Lloyd on September 3, 1945. The couple lived in the Rock Dell area where they ran a complete livestock and crop farming operation. Pauline enjoyed travelling, sewing and shopping.Survivors include two sons, Dennis (Marie) Lloyd of Verona, MO and John Lloyd of Rochester, MN; two daughters, Judith Ann Saint-Summer (David) of Warm Springs, GA and Paulette Donna (James) Dotterwick of Breezy Point, MN; seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Pauline was preceded in death by her parents, spouse and two brothers.Memorials can be directed to Byron United Methodist Church.
