The memorial service for Pamela Ann Fullem will be at 11:00am on Saturday, October 10th, at Hosanna Lutheran Church, 2815 57th St NW in Rochester. Burial will be at the Oronoco Cemetery following the service. Mrs. Fullem, 59 passed away while battling cancer Wednesday evening October 7th, 2015. Pamela Ann deVaal was born on March 23, 1956 in Milbank, South Dakota to Stan and Muriel deVaal. She grew up in Rochester with 3 siblings, Jon, Greg and Doug deVaal graduating from John Marshall High School in 1974. She studied special education at St. Cloud State University and taught at Dover-Eyota schools. She married Les Fullem on July 17, 1982. Pam and Les had two children, Ann and David Fullem. Pam took time off work to be a stay-at-home mom. She later became interested in library sciences and began working part-time at the reference desk of the Rochester Public Library. Pam enjoyed creating and enjoying beauty in all forms, including singing, painting, photography, reading, crafting and doting mother/grandmother. She was a long-standing member of the Chorale Arts Ensemble and Hosanna Lutheran Church and choir in Rochester. Pam is survived by her loving husband, Les Fullem, parents Stan and Muriel deVaal, brothers Jon, Greg and Doug deVaal, children David Fullem and Ann Frankel, and granddaughter Sarah Frankel. Friends and family may visit from 5:00-7:00pm on Friday, October 9th, at Ranfranz & Vine Funeral Homes, on the corner of 18th Ave and 55th St NW in Rochester and 10:00 on Saturday October 10th prior to the service. Memorials preferred to Rochester Choral Arts Ensemble.
