Nen Nguyen

Nen Nguyen Ngoun, age 85 of Rochester passed away April 18, 2014 in her residence. She was born December 5, 1928 in Seamreap, Cambodia to Nghi Van Nguyen and Trong Thi Trong.She married Joseph Paul Chim and he preceded her in death December 11, 2010.She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who was always willing to help anyone and she especially loved caring for her grandchildren and great grandchildren.She is survived by seven children: Ara Chim of Crystal, MN, Chamroeun Chim of Murrieta, CA, Vichea Chim of Battambong, Cambodia, Ponloeu Chim of Rochester, MN, Bopha Chim of Ramsey, MN, Nimol Chim of Ramsey, MN, Mondol Chim of Oronoco, MN35 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, and one brother: Bora Leng.She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Joseph Chim, 2 sons, Lamun Chim and Sokhonn Chim, a daughter, Sakhon Chim and three sisters.A funeral Mass was held at 11:30 AM Monday April 21, 2014 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church with burial in Calvary Cemetery.
