Monroe was deeply loved by her parents; grandparents, Mark and Karen Nelson of Rochester, MN and Diane Eisbach of Dubuque, IA; great grandmothers, Margaret Nelson of Rochester, MN and Dorothy Eisbach (late Lee Eisbach) of Dubuque, IA; an Uncle, Chris Kloft (Shannon Donovan) of Dubuque, IA and an Aunt, Lori Nelson of Phoenix, AZ; and many others. Private family services have been held. Blessed be her memory.
