Milton "Fritz" Wall

Milton Fritz Wall formerly of Byron, MN passed away May 22, 2016. A memorial service will be held at Oasis Church in Rochester Friday June 3rd. Visitation at 10AM and service at 11AM. In lieu of flowers, donations to Camp Victory Scholarship are desired. Fritz and his wife Carol served as leaders of a childrens American Mission Fellowship Sunday school in Wasioja for 25 years. Fritz was a nurturing and caring Y-Pal mentor to many young boys from single parent homes, taking them fishing on area ponds. He was an active member of the Rochester Christian Businessmans Club and stocked local cafes with bibles and Christian tracts. Fritz owned Wall Water and previously RainSoft water conditioning businesses in Byron, MN for many years. He and was loved and cherished by all for his cheerful and jovial personality. Born Milton Elvador Wall, December 18, 1926 son of Frederick and Anna Wall of Bingham Lake, Mn. Fritz grew up working the family farm, played running back on a six-man football team, moved to the Twin Cities to attend technical school, and married Carol Woodbury in June 1949. They were happily married for 66 years. Fritz is survived son Bing Wall (Mary Sue) of Ames, IA, daughter, Cindi (Craig)Van Ausdall of White Bear Lake, and son Chip (Diane) Wall of Sarasota, FL. He is also survived by his seven grand-children Marty Wall, Brandon Wall, Emilie Wall, Jeffrey Wall, Cassie (Cameron) Piper, Ryan Van Ausdall, Brandon (Philly) Wall, and Danielle Wall. He is survived as well by eight great grand-children: Caden, Alyas, Rori, Lydia Sue, Chase, Caleb, Van, and Thomas. He was a resident at Cerenity Senior Care Alzheimers Dementia wing for the past three years. Fritz Wall, you will be greatly missed. You were one of the most humble, Christ-like, giving, and caring souls we have ever known. You are now reunited with your love Carol and watch over us from heaven.
