ROCHESTER: Mildred M. Adler, 92, of Rochester passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2011 due to diagnosis of Alzheimer's and Dementia. Mildred spent the past several years living in Chosen Valley Health Care in Chatfield.Mildred Margaret Greeter was born February 24, 1919 in Millville, MN to Leonard and Augusta (Schuchard) Greeter. Mildred married Lauren C. Adler on May 9, 1935. Lauren passed away in February of 1998.She is survived by 5 daughters, Shirley (Stan) Kaase of Preston, MN, Audrey (Palmer) Borgen of Rochester, MN, Karen (Steve) Heldt of Rochester, MN, Carol (Royce) Quimby of Richfield, MN and Dianne (Darrell) Larson of Silver City, NM; 6 sons, Vernon Adler of CA, Gary (Betty) Adler of Lake Havasu, AZ, Merle Adler of Duluth, MN, Charles Adler of Rochester, MN, James Adler of AZ and Carey (Kathy) Adler of Elk River, MN; 39 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and 1 sister, Bernilda (Richard) Schwarz of Rochester, MN. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lauren; her parents; 2 sons; 3 great grandchildren; 1 sister; and 1 brother.There will be a funeral service on Thursday, April 21, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Christ Our Rock Lutheran Church (3040 Stonehedge Drive NE) with the Reverend Jeff Limpert officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 20, 2011 from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes and 1 hour prior to the service Thursday at the church.
