Michael Robert Cummings

Michael Robert Cummings, 52, of Rochester, MN, passed away on June 23, 2014. Mike was born on December 25, 1961 in Rochester, MN, to Warren and Marcy Cummings.He married Lisa (Engebretson) Cummings and together they have a son, Bradley who lives in Minneapolis, MN.They were later divorced.He married Jamie L. Schwerman on February 24, 1996, in Rochester, MN.Together they have a daughter, Jennifer and a son, Connor. Mike was an employee of Lesmeister Fleet Service as a parts manager.Mike was an avid NASCAR fan and collector.He also enjoyed fishing and hunting. Mike is survived by his wife of 18 years, Jamie, and his son Bradley of Minneapolis, his son Connor and daughter Jennifer at home, one sister, Julie (David) Stolp, three nieces Ellin, Emalie, Grace of Oronoco and his parents, Warren (Alice) Cummings of Preston and Marcy Cummings Burt of Oronoco. An 11:00 a.m. service will be held on Saturday , July 12, 2014 at 11 amat Redeemer Lutheran Church, 869 Seventh Avenue, S.E., Rochester, MN.A celebration of life will be held immediately following the service.
