Melissa Hesse

Melissa Meline Hesse, of Bloomington, MN, was born November 23, 1974 in Rochester, MN to Ronald and Barbara Meline. She passed away after a short illness on December 6, 2024.

Melissa graduated from Mayo High School in Rochester, MN and Winona State University. She married Daniel Hesse on February 23, 2002. She was currently employed at Brown and Brown Insurance in Minneapolis.

Melissa was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Meline, and her father-in-law, James Hesse.

She is survived by her husband, Daniel, her children, Katie and Owen, her mother, Barbara Meline, her sister Andrea (Dennis) Rutkowski, her nieces Kirstin (Sumner) Becker, Madeline Nelson, Laney Rutkowski, her nephew, Jack Rutkowski, her brother-in-law, David (Rebecca) Hesse and their children, Nora, Henry and Lydia, and her mother-in-law, Colleen Hesse.

There will be a private memorial service for Melissa at a later date.
