Maurice Dale Mulholland was born May 31, 1926, to Claude & Annie Mulholland. He was born and raised at their rural home near Zumbro Falls, Minnesota. He attended school at Mazeppa High and graduated from St. Paul Bible College. He married Gladys Mulholland (Kolbe) and raised their four children, Sharon Andrews (Bob), Linda Brown (David), Steven Mulholland (Danice), and Lori Reinalda (Ron). He is survived by his wife, Wanda Mulholland (Redding) and they had three children; Nathan Mulholland (Becky), Heather Mulholland, and Jason Mulholland (EleAnn) and helped raise his brother's three children, John Mulholland (Stacy), Dawn Weber (Dave), and Duane Mulholland (Jen). He is survived by a brother, Glenn Mulholland (Nancy), sisters-in-law, Maxine Mulholland (Curtis), and Audrey Mulholland (Grant); and 32 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Dennis, Kenneth, Curtis, Grant, Stanley, and Duane, and sisters Pauline, Barbara, and Janette. He was a gentle, loyal man, very giving, and was always concerned about people's spiritual lives. He pastored at Woodville Chapel for 14 years. Besides the love he had for his family, he enjoyed animals, boating, texting and keeping up on the news on his smartphone, and later in life his passion was debating politics and religion with friends at Grandma's Kitchen. In his retired years, he made a full-time job of visiting and caring for friends and family. He was a co-owner of Mulholland Construction Company with his two brothers, Glenn and Stanley, and later owned Midwest Realty of Rochester, and Associates International, Inc., with his wife, Wanda. He served on the Rochester Board of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service. The family would like to thank Mayo Hospice, especially Dale, Karen, and Molly, for their compassionate care; Pastor Lynn Scott, and Pastor Dwight LaPine. Funeral service will be held Tuesday May 17,2022 at 11:00 AM at Calvary Baptist Church, 5905 Silas Dent Road NW Rochester, MN, visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. The service will be livestreamed at live.cbcroch.org. Burial will be at Grandview Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
