Mary Lynne Henden

Mary L. Henden, 52, of Rochester, died Thursday, July 26, 2012 at St. Marys Hospital after a courageous battle with lupus. Mary Lynne Hildestad was born February 8, 1960 in Rochester to Ardell and Marie (Kolbe) Hildestad.She graduated from Mayo High School in 1978.She married Craig Henden on January 22, 1980 in Ontario, OR.Mary worked at Kmart from 1976 1986.She then worked at Pace Dairy in Rochester and retired after 15 years due to health reasons.Mary was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church.She enjoyed crafts, sewing, quilting, baking, and spending time with her grandchildren. Mary is survived by her husband, Craig of Rochester; two sons, Tony (Stephanie) Henden of Kasson and Andy Henden of Rochester; six grandchildren, Dominic, MaKenzie, Jaxon, Kayla, Tyler, and Braedon; her parents, Ardell and Marie Hildestad of Rochester; a brother, Randy (Janice) Hildestad of Huntsville, AL; many nieces and nephews; her dog Pala mocha; and good friend of 36 years, Kathy Melloon of Rochester.She was preceded in death by her grandparents. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes Chapel with Reverend Anjanette Bandel officiating.A visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
