Marilyn Latcham

Marilyn J. Latcham, age 90, of Rochester, MN passed away on August 17, 2024 at Samaritan Bethany in Rochester, MN.

Marilyn Joyce Tabor Latcham was born March 30, 1934 in Molt, Montana. She moved, with her parents, Roy and Lillian Tabor, to a rural Spring Valley, MN farm in 1939. She was a 1952 graduate of Spring Valley High School. In November of 1953, she married Robert Latcham and they made their home in Rochester, MN. In 1997, they purchased a house in Florida and had spent their winters there.

She was employed by Union National Bank, later known as Northwestern National, Norwest and now Wells Fargo Bank until retiring in 1996 after 44 years of banking service. She enjoyed boating, golfing, traveling and most of all, being with her children, grandchildren and many friends.

She is survived by her husband, Robert; three sons, Thomas of Mound, MN, Gregory (Susan) of Phoenix, AZ, Matthew (DeAnn) of Columbia Falls, MT; one daughter, Elizabeth Latcham of Ames, IA; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and one sister.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, August 23, 2024 at Christ United Methodist Church (400 5th Ave. SW, Rochester, MN). Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. A reception will follow the service at the church.
