Margaret E. Andreason

Margaret Ellen (Molde) Andreason, 88, passed away Monday, September 28, 2015 at St. Marys Hospital. Margaret was born December 17, 1926 in Rochester to August and Eleanor (Tvedt) Molde. On May 12, 1951 at East Saint Olaf Lutheran Church, Margaret married Ernest Ernie Andreason and they were married 53 years. Margaret lived on their family farm for 55 years and she enjoyed working with flowers, baking and doing yard work. She loved old time music and dancing. She was a lifetime member of East Saint Olaf Lutheran Church and a member of the East Saint Olaf Circle #4 Ladies Aid. On May 26, 2004 Ernest passed away and Margaret moved to Stewartville in 2006. Margaret was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary of Stewartville, Eagles Auxiliary and Lioness of Stewartville. Margaret is survived by brother, Raymond Molde of rural Rochester; sister, Mavis (Milton) Wehrs of Rochester and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Ernest; parents, August and Eleanor and by her sister, Barbara. A funeral service will be held 2:00PM Monday, October 5, 2015 at East St. Olaf Lutheran Church, 6200 County Rd. 3 SW., Byron, MN 55920. Visitation will be held 2:00-4:00PM Sunday, October 4, 2015 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes, 5421 Royal Place NW., Rochester and one hour prior to the service at the church. Pastor Cheryl Indehar will be officiating with interment at East St. Olaf Lutheran Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to East St. Olaf Lutheran Church or to the charity of donors choice.
