Linda K Tillotson

Linda K. Tillotson, age 73, of Sturgis, MI, formerly of Rochester, MN, died on Tuesday, December 18, 2018, at Valleyview Healthcare & Rehab in Houston, MN. The memorial service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2019, at the First Presbyterian Church, 512 3rd Street SW, Rochester, MN with a visitation one hour prior to the service. The inurnment will be in First Presbyterian Church Columbarium. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family to be donated to the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) Scholarship. Linda Kay Morelock was born on September 21, 1945, in Kirksville, MO, to Donald and Ruby (Lewis) Morelock. She graduated from Kirksville High School and attended Northeast Missouri State Teacher's College. On August 15, 1965, she married John Tillotson in Kirksville, MO. They lived in Iowa and New York before moving to Rochester in 1975. Linda volunteered and taught school for mentally and physically disabled adults. She most recently enjoyed learning and researching genealogy. Linda is survived by her daughter, Victoria (Tom) Bane of CA; son, Eric (Eppie) Tillotson of MO; grandchildren, Bridget, Katarina, Elias, Eian, Bowen and Ruben. Linda was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, John, who died on August 11, 2017 and her parents.
