ROCHESTER, MN:Linda E. Pieper, 68, of Rochester, MN. died Sunday, March 27, 2016 at her residence in Rochester. Linda Elaine Pieper was born on March 4, 1948 to Jerry and Mildred (Ulwelling) Pieper in Austin, Minnesota. She was raised and grew up in Rose Creek and Austin. Linda lived at Hiawatha Homes in Rochester for the past thirteen years and worked for Cedar Valley Workshop in Austin for over thirty years as well as Ability Building Centers in Rochester.Linda enjoyed Lawrence Welk music, bowling, and shooting pool. She is survived by her mother, Mildred Pieper of Pine Island, MN; brother, Mike (Renee) Pieper of Rochester, MN.; sister, Carol Forrester of Austin, MN; three nieces Tracey (Steven) Maxfield, Jessica Pieper, and Rebecca Pieper; and one nephew Todd Forrester.She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry. There will be a funeral service on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, at 11:00 am. at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes 5421 Royal Place NW Rochester, MN.Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Ranfranz and Vine.Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery Austin, MN.
