Lawrence Vaughn Leqve

A memorial service for Lawrence V. Leqve, 63, of Rochester, MN will be at 1:30pm on Thursday, March 3, 2011 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes with the Rev. Harry Jewison officiating. Entombment will be at Grandview Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.Lawrence Vaughn Leqve was born on October 6, 1947 in Rochester, MN to Glen and Shirley (Losey) Leqve. He died on February 26, 2011 at St. Marys Hospital.Lawrence graduated from Lourdes High School and attended Rochester Junior College. He worked as a parts manager for Domaille Buick and later worked for IBM. Lawrence married Natalie Schreiber on August 22, 1970 and was later divorced. Lawrence served in the United States Army from 1969 to 1974 including a tour in Vietnam. He enjoyed fishing, playing pool, listening to music, especially from the 1960's and 1970's and spending time with his friends.Survivors include his two nephews, Robert Burkholder and Vaughn Burkholder; his good friends, Darrell Johnson of Eyota, MN and Shelly Robb of Kasson, MN. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one sister, Cora Lee Burkholder.
