LaVone Bonnie Wheelock passed away January 20, 2017 at the age of 96 at Madonna Towers in Rochester. Bonnie was born February 2, 1920 to Lester and Anna Fiegel in Rochester. She graduated from Rochester High School in 1937 and attended Pierce School of Business in Philadelphia, PA for one year. She married John Jack Stutz in November 1939 in Philadelphia. He passed away in 1988. In 1994 she married Francis Wheelock of Rochester. He passed away in 2013. Survivors are her children, Diane (Mike) Adams of Temple, TX, David (Sandie) Stutz of Elgin, MN, Bonnie (Paul) Seaquist of Papillion, NE, Daniel (Maureen) Stutz of Happy Valley, OR; daughter-in-law, Kathleen Stutz of Rochester; and her sister, Audrey (Dick) Garbisch of Rochester and Key Largo, FL. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and step children. Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands; two brothers; two sisters; and two sons, Peter and Richard. Funeral services will be held at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes, 5421 Royal Place NW, Rochester, MN on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. with a visitation one hour prior to the service. The Reverend Nancy Wheeler Handlon will be officiating with interment at Oakwood cemetery. Memorials are preferred to the Ronald McDonald House or Military Order of the Purple Heart.
