Judith Joan Eggler

Judith J. Eggler, 77, of Rochester, MN passed away Sunday, July 31, 2016 at Medford Senior Care in Medford, MN. Judith Joan Eggler was born December 4, 1938 to Joyce and Esther (Petry) Sprenger in Lake City, MN. Judith graduated from Lake City High School in 1956. Judith worked at the Lake City Bank. On December 3, 1960 Judith married Stanley Eggler in Lake City. She and Stanley moved to Stanleys family farm in Haverhill Township. Stanley passed away on November 30, 1984. While living near Rochester, Judith worked at the ASDS office in Rochester, Rochester Civic Theatre and Johnson printing. She was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church. Judith enjoyed traveling, music, sewing, painting and gardening. Judith is survived by her children, Marie Eggler of Baldwin, WI; Mark Eggler of Adams, MN and Marcie (Mark) Juenemann of Faribault, MN; seven grandchildren; two brothers, John (Dot) Sprenger of Rochester and Chuck Sprenger of Zumbro Falls, MN; and two sisters, Barb Karwand of Forest Lake, MN and Linda Sprenger of Rochester. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Stanley; and three sons. There will be a funeral service on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Bethel Lutheran Church. Visitation will take place from 4:00 8:00 p.m. at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes, on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the church. Burial will take place at Grandview Memorial Gardens. The family prefers memorials to Mayo Clinic - Parkinsons Foundation.
