Judith Ann Bruen

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Bruen of Rochester, Minnesota. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio and she passed away on October 24, 2021 at the age of 84. Leaving behind family and friends to mourn. She was preceded in death by her father, Clifford Wertz; mother, Ethel (Harris) Wertz; brother, Richard Wertz; and granddaughter, Mackenzie Higgins. She is survived by husband, James Bruen of Rochester; daughter, Pam Higgins of Rochester, MN; son, Jim Bruen II of Austin, MN; grandchildren Jackie Ryg of Austin, MN; Jim Bruen of Albert Lea, MN, and John Bruen of Austin, MN. The family will have a private funeral with a celebration of life, to be determined at a later date.
