Jon Paul Senrick

Jon Paul Senrick, age 60, of Rochester passed away April 17, 2014 at Rochester Methodist Hospital.Born January 13, 1954 in Rochester to Eldred & Lois (DeWitz) Senrick.Jon retired after 29 years working as a scale house operator for Olmsted County.He was very independent and lived by the beat of his own drum and enjoyed the simple things in life, and he especially loved spending time with his children and grandson and taking the time to visit with family.He enjoyed spending time on Lake Zumbro where he could usually be found on his pontoon or one of his other boats enjoying the lake.He was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church. Surviving are his daughters: Malissa (Tony) Nelson of Rochester, and Nicole (Spencer) Sachs of Chicago, and his grandson, Uriah Nelson.He was preceded in death by his parents.Funeral services will be held 11 AM Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at Bethel Lutheran Church 810 3rd Ave SE Rochester, with burial following at Oakwood Cemetery.Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church.
