Jerome M. Janet, 75, of Rochester, MN passed away Monday, February 15, 2016 at his residence. Jerome Michael Janet was born December 13, 1940 to Michael and Josephine (Marchwicki) Janet.Jerome was born and raised in Rochester, MN.Jerome married Jo-Lurene House on September 12, 1963 in Rochester.Jerome installed carpet, worked at Hendys Hobby Shop and IBM, retiring in 1996.Jerome enjoyed model trains, cars, drawing, reading and the History channel. Jerome is survived by his wife, Jo-Lurene of Rochester; his children, Jon (Lisa) Janet of Rochester, Jeff Janet of Rochester and Jodie (Sean) Schuller of Woodbury, MN and four grandchildren, Curtis, Tia, Zoe and Kelsey.He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers and two sisters. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes.Visitation will take place Wednesday, February 17, 2016 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes and one hour prior to the service on Thursday.Inurnment will take place at Grandview Memorial Gardens.
