James "Jim" Wesley Gage

ROCHESTER -James W. Gage, 81, died on Saturday, March 16, 2013 of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma at Rochester Methodist Hospital. Jim was born in Frost, MN on January 1, 1932 to Verne and Alice (Dwyer) Gage.He graduated from Stewartville High School in 1950.He proudly served in the U.S. Navy. Jim married Carol Crowley on September 12, 1953 at St. Francis Church in Rochester.He was a salesman all of his life.Jim enjoyed golfing, fishing, bowling, ice fishing, and was a member of the Elks.He especially loved his grandkids and family. Jim is survived by his wife of 59 years, Carol; four children, Tom Gage, of Rochester, Cheryl Feehan, of San Diego, CA, David (Katie) Gage, of San Jose, CA, and Marie (Jerome) Warszalek, of Sherwood, OR; eight grandchildren, Jason Feehan, of San Diego, CA Patrick (Tina) Feehan, of Millington, TN, Sara (McCaleb) Vagt, of Mankato, MN, Fran Warszalek, of Sherwood, OR, Jack Warszalek, of Sherwood, OR, Sean Gage, of San Jose, CA, Ryan Gage, of San Jose, CA, and Dylan Gage, of San Jose, CA; two great grandchildren, Kaden and Khloe, of Millington, TN; and a brother, Larry Gage, of Rockford, IL Jim is preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Diane Gage; a grandson, Michael Gage; and three brothers, Don, Russell, and Jack Gage. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, March 22, 2013 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Home with Fr. Paul Nelson officiating.Visitation will be from 4-7 P.M. on Thursday, March 21, 2013 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Home and an hour prior to the service at the funeral home.Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery.
