James Eugene Mach

James Eugene Mach, age 83, of Rochester passed away February 2, 2014 at Maple Manor Healthcare.Born March 16, 1930 in Rochester, MN to Eugene & Beatrice Mach.On July 7, 1951 he married Joanne Thompson and she survives.James worked 25 years for 3M Corporation in St. Paul, was a member of St Pius X Catholic Church in Rochester, and was a loving husband and father who enjoyed spending his time away from work with his family.Surviving with his wife, are his seven children:James Mach, Gregory Mach (Joan) both of St. Paul, MN ; Kerry Mach (Louisa) of Rochester, MN Steve Mach (Chris), Kevin Mach, Kathryn Casenhiser (Eddie) and Dianne Jackson (Steve) all of Phoenix, AZ Five grandchildren and five great grandchildren and a brother: Milo Mach (Kathy) of Austin, MN.He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 sisters, Elaine Lipscomb and Sister Viatrix.A funeral Mass will be held 10 AM Monday, February 10, 2014 at St Pius X Catholic Church 1315 12th Ave NW Rochester, MN with burial following at Oakwood East Cemetery.Visitation will be one hour prior to services Monday at the church.
