James Andrist

James LeRoy Andrist, 70, passed away on January 22, 2020, in Portland, Oregon. Jim was born August 2, 1949, to Clarence and Lavina (Weeks) Andrist and grew up in Wasioja, MN. On November 17, 1967, he married Marcia Pickett and they had two daughters before divorcing in 1972. He was later briefly married to Debbie Evers from Bellevue, WA and he spent the majority of his life in the Seattle/Portland area. He is survived by two daughters, Kimberly Sculley (Tim) of Chatfield, MN and Alicia Gribble of North Bend, WA; a sister, Donna (John) Wees of Rochester, MN and a brother Jerry (Judy) Andrist of Snohomish, WA; along with 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Stanley Andrist, and sister Phyllis (Andrist) Estes. There will be a graveside service on Sunday, August 2, 2020, at 2:00 at the Wildwood Cemetery in Wasioja. Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Home of Rochester assisted the family with the arrangements.
