At the age of 13, the family moved to Riverdale, North Dakota where he graduated from high school. He went on to receive his bachelor of Science degree in -May 1977 from the University of North Dakota. In June of 1977, he began work as a Laboratory Technologist at Mayo Clinic Rochester, Minnesota, where he continued to work for 34 years until he retired last year. Over the years, Greg opened his home, and provided transportation and encouragement to many family and friends coming to Mayo Clinic for treatment. Greg had the opportunity to see Mayo and God work miracles in the lives of many people. Greg was a member of the Assembly Church in Rochester and served as an usher and greeter. He enjoyed riding his Harley, playing golf, fishing, and camping. He was a life long Green Bay Packers fan. Greg dearly loved his nieces and nephews, and enjoyed spending as much time as he could with them.
