He became an officer and was elected Exalted Ruler 1975/1976. In 1983 he served the south district as District Deputy to the Grand Exalted Ruler. Glenn ran for and was elected South District President in 1983/84 and became state president of the Minnesota State Elks Assn in 1988/89. He enjoyed playing golf, cooking, reading, having coffee with his buddies, and competing with his wife Judy playing cribbage. Above all, Glenn loved spending time and making memories with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
