Florance May Vonhelmst

ROCHESTER, MINN:Florance M. Von Helmst, 94, died Friday, December 21, 2012 at Olmsted Medical Center. Florance May Bolin was born May 1, 1918 to Chester and Maude (Elliott) Bolin in Maiden Rock, WI. She married Emery H. Von Helmst on April 16, 1947 in St. Paul, MN. After raising her family, Florance worked in the Dry Cleaning business in Rochester and Red Wing, MN. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Florance is survived by her three daughters, Sharon (Michael) Petersen, Rock Dell, MN, Carol (Richard) Fryar, Mercer, WI, and Elaine Hazlewood, Rochester, MN; seven grandchildren, and eighteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son Dennis, her grand daughter Lisa, three sisters and two brothers. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes' Chapel. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the funeral home.
