Eunice Elaine Strelow, 82, of Rochester passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at Shalom Estates in Rochester. Eunice was born on December 19, 1933 in Lewiston, MN to Elmer and Erna (Erdman) Luedtke. She attended the Wilson Schoolhouse in Winona County. She married Allan Strelow at St. Martins Lutheran Church in Winona, MN on June 17th, 1955. Eunice was a homemaker for the first 20 years of her marriage and once the children started school she attended the Rochester Vo-Tech where she became a Certified Nursing Assistant. After School she worked at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester for over 25 years as a C.N.A.. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and square dancing but above all else she loved to spend time with her family. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Rochester and a member of the Altar Guild at Redeemer. She was also a member of the Carousel Square Dance Club. She is survived by her husband Allan and her daughters, Michelle Shelly (John) Potter, Debra Deb Strelow and Stephanie (Richard) Behne; 9 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and 2 sisters and 2 brothers. She is preceded in death by, her parents, her daughter Tammi Guenther and great-grandson Allan. Burial and Service will be private. Memorial preferred to Shalom Estates and Mayo Hospice Care.
