Emiliano Kosnopfal

Emiliano Rashid Kosnopfal, 21, of Dover, MN, passed away unexpectedly on December 9, 2023. He was born on February 4th, 2002 in Mexico to Alejandra Kosnopfal.

He graduated from Lourdes High school in 2020. He attended Winona State University for 3 years, focusing on Psychology. He worked part time at Mayo Clinic for the last 2 years.

Emiliano was a sweet, kind, fun-loving young man. He enjoyed talking about cars, taking car rides with his brother Derek, and having coffee together. He loved music, video games and spending time with his friends and family.

He is preceded in death by his maternal aunt, Jazmin Velez, great-grandparents and his best friend Ethan Smith.

He is survived by his mother Alejandra Kosnopfal, stepfather Jesse Kosnopfal, his brother Derek, grandparents Gerardo Hernandez and Victoria Montelongo, Robert "Ry" Kosnopfal, Sharon Kosnopfal, his aunts Natalia (Josh) Patzner, Luz (Ruben) Salas, uncle Terry Kosnopfal (Fiancée Andrea) and many cousins, aunts and His beloved chosen kin, Trish, Pat, Nick, Oliver, CJ, Marcus, Barb and Nolan. He will be deeply missed.

A Funeral mass will be held Thursday, December 14, 20023 at 12:30 pm at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, located at 1114 3rd Street SE, Rochester, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church. A lunch will follow at the church.
