Eleanor E. Plunkett

Eleanor Elizabeth Plunkett, age 81 of Oronoco, MN passed away November 14, 2014 at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester, MN.Born November 25, 1932 in Detroit, Michigan the daughter of William & Augusta (Zimmerman) Keehl.Eleanor was married to John Earl Plunkett and he preceded her in death in 1992. She owned and operated her own business making purses while she was living in Michigan.She enjoyed being an amateur radio operator for several years.She moved to Oronoco from the Westland, Michigan area in 2001 to be closer to family here.She attended Christ United Methodist Church here in Rochester.Surviving her are her children: Mark Plunkett (Julie) of Oronoco, MN, Susan Guyor (Ronald) of Monroe, MI, and Bruce A. Plunkett of Minot, ND.2 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild also survives along with her 2 brothers: Ervin Keehl of Columbus, OH and Roy Keehl (Doris) of Westland, MI.She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and 2 brothers. Funeral services will be held in Westland, Michigan with burial in the Cadilac Memorial Gardens West Cemetery in Westland, Michigan.Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Home is assisting the family with local arrangements.
