Duane C. Musolf

ROCHESTER -Duane C. Musolf, 75, died on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester. Duane was born in Kasson, MN on May 11, 1937 to Orrie and Beulah (Todd) Musolf.He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force from 1955 1959.Duane married Patricia Ann Quandt on September 5, 1964 at Pleasant Valley Lutheran Church.He worked at Mayo Clinic as a surgical technician for 35 years before retiring in 1994.Duane loved antiques, spending time at the cabin, and being around his family and feline friends. Duane is survived by his wife of 48 years, Patricia Ann; two daughters, Debra (Scott) Grischow, of Owatonna, MN, and Pam (special friend, Ryan Puzio) Kropp, of Stewartville, MN; granddaughter, Madelynn Kropp; a brother, Paul (Pat) Musolf, of Chatfield, MN; and many other family and friends. Duane is preceded in death by his parents. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 1212 12th Ave. NW with Rev. Karna Hagen officiating.Visitation will be from 4-7 P.M. onMonday, December 3, 2012 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Home and an hour prior to the service at the church.Interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in Mantorville.
