Dorrance A. Wiebusch, age 82, of Rochester, MN died Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at Cottagewood Senior Communities in Rochester. Dorrance was born May 16, 1936 in Lake City, MN the son of Raymond and Mildred (Clare) Wiebusch. He grew up and helped on the family farm along with two brothers and two sisters. He moved to Rochester where he worked for WKS Management at Northgate Shopping Center as a custodian for many years. When he lived on his own, Dorrance loved his nightly dinners at Perkins North and visiting with "the girls." He then worked at Roscoes as a dishwasher until he retired. After retirement, he went on to work for PossAbilities of Southern MN . He was happiest when working, which he did to the age of 80. He was a resident of REM in his later years. Dorrance loved working, collecting items, drinking coffee and sharing stories. He also loved president Truman and took on his nickname by saying, "just call me Truman." Dorrance is survived by longtime friend Tessa (Jim) Olive of Byron and their children, Dylan and Rylie; Brother, Ralph (Wanda) Wiebusch of Lake City along with extended family and friends.
