Donna M. Pycha

ROCHESTER, MINN: Donna M. Pycha, 83, passed away Sunday, January 13, 2013 at St. Marys Hospital. Donna was born January 13, 1930 in Moline, IL to Reuben and Mabel (Lindberg) Johnson.Donna graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1952 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy.In 1952, in Rochester, MN, Donna married Richard L. Pycha.Richard and Donna moved to Ashland, Wisconsin in the late-1950s, and she continued her residence in Ashland until 2004, when she returned to Rochester, MN. Following in the paths of her mother and aunt, she owned andmanaged a townhouse complex in Ashland for many years. While working diligently to manage and maintain the townhouses, she found time to relax at a summer cabin near Iron River, Wisconsin.For many of her years in Ashland, she volunteered at Memorial Medical Center and at the Vaughn Public Library. Donna is survived by her son, Mark K. Pycha ofAshland, Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Richard, and by her parents, Reuben and Mabel Johnson.
