Donabell D. Lovhaug

ROCHESTER:DonaBell D. Lovhaug, 93, of Rochester, MN died Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at Samaritan Bethany Home on 8th in Rochester. DonaBell Delores Hadrath was born September 6, 1920 to Ernest and Alma (Janke) Hadrath in Montevideo, MN.She graduated from Montevideo High School.On April 28, 1940, she married Vernard Lovhaug in Montevideo, MN.Together, they farmed in Montevideo until moving to Rochester in 1957.DonaBell worked for Mayo Clinic for 26 years until retiring in 1983.She enjoyed gardening, camping, quilting, cooking, traveling, and fishing. DonaBell is survived by her husband, Vernard of 74 years; two sons, Tom (Harriet) Lovhaug of Rochester, MN and Steve (Sue) Lovhaug of Oklahoma City, OK; her daughter, Deb (G.W.) Stevens of Racine, MN; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Wayne and Robert and one great-granddaughter. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Autumn Ridge Church 3611 Salem Road SW Rochester, MN in the Timothy Chapel.Visitation will be Tuesday, July 22, 2014 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes 5421 Royal Place NW Rochester and 1 hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the church.Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Montevideo, MN.
