Dennis Lee Tvedt

BYRON, MINN: Dennis Lee Tvedt, 63, lost his battle with cancer on Friday, February 15, 2013 at his residence. Dennis was born March 28, 1949 in Rochester to Joseph and Lenora (Winter) Tvedt. He attended country school and was a graduate of Byron High School. Dennis spent his time farming and helping with the family farm before he retired. He enjoyed gardening, hunting and fishing but above all, he loved spending time with his family. Dennis is survived by his mother, Lenora Tvedt of Kasson; brother, Leslie (Lynn) Tvedt of Andover; sisters, Janet (Robert) Nickel of Byron, Janice (Randy) Ramthun of Byron, Kathryn Tvedt of Rochester, and numerous nieces and nephews. Dennis was preceded in death by his father, Joseph and by his nephew, Brice Nickel. A private family service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes.
