ROCHESTER -Debra Debbie S. Leone, 56, died on Friday, June 27, 2014 after a courageous 3 year battle with breast cancer at her home surrounded by her loving family in Rochester. Debbie was born in Minneapolis, MN on December 24, 1957 to Joseph and Carol (Olson) Fisher.She graduated from Columbia Heights Sr. High.Debbie was currently with her soulmate of 16 years Jeff Cords and previously married to Charles Leone.She worked as an Administrative Secretary/HR for D & R Vending since 1999.Debbie truly enjoyed spending every minute with her children and grandchildren.She also had a special place in her heart for the Christmas holiday, bowling, traveling, going to the casino, and entertaining friends and family. Debbie is survived by her soulmate Jeff Cords; three children, Nicky (Blake) Jacobson, of Rochester, Nina (Jon) Chiconis, of Cottage Grove, MN, and Robert (Hattie) Leone, of Rochester; nine grandchildren, Rubie, Caleb, Violet, Cash, Alex, Niko, Addison, Michelle, and Cecilia; six nieces and one nephew; and siblings, Kim (Randy) Kakko, of Rochester, and Joseph (Pam) Fisher, of Andover, MN.She will be missed greatly by her family and friends. Debbie is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Carol. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Woodward officiating.Visitation will be from 4-8 P.M. on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at Ranfranz and Vine and an hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
