Funeral services for Davis Crockett R. Evjen, 62, of Rochester, MN will be at 2:00pm on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at South Zumbro Lutheran Church, 4830 120th Ave. SW, Kasson, MN.Visitation will be from 4:00 7:00 pm on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes and also one hour prior to the service at the church.Burial will be at the South Zumbro Church Cemetery. Davis Roy Evjen was born on September 10, 1953 in Rochester, MN to Cleo and Dottie (Wicks) Evjen.He passed away on April 10, 2016 at his home. Davis graduated from Mayo High School and was a man of many hats.He enjoyed riding his custom bike, fishing, grilling and watching pro football. Survivors include his fiance, Julie Nietz of Rochester; his mother, Dottie (Ray Kvamme) Evjen of Decorah, IA; two sisters, Cathy Homstad of Decorah and Julie Bauman of Rochester and four nephews and three nieces.He was preceded in death by his father, Cleo Evjen and two brothers, Jerry and Randy.
