Dana Beckenbaugh

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our dear sister, Dana Maureen Beckenbaugh who died on June 9, 2020 at her residence in Rochester, MN. She was a lifetime resident of Rochester, MN and spent winters in TontoVerde, AZ. She graduated from John Marshall High School in 1968 and completed nursing school at St Mary's. There, she worked over 20 years as an intensive care RN. She had the privilege of being President Ronald Reagan's private nurse when he was a patient there. She loved cooking and entertaining and we called her our Martha Stewart as she was able prepare anything without needing a cookbook. She is survived by her sisters, Ann Gimbert and Marcia Dobson; 5 stepchildren, Lynn Lillie, Mark Beckenbaugh, Mindy Goodman, Jennifer Nelson and Jeffery Beckenbaugh; 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was proceeded in death by husband, Dr. Robert Beckenbaugh; mother, Pat Jelinch and brother, John Rokke. Due to Covid, no memorial service is planned at this time.
